Deep Washing and Recovery Technology of Coarse Slime in Coal Washing Plant

在洗选煤块的过程中,煤块破碎沉淀在水中形成了煤泥。随着煤炭资源开采总量的增加,对煤泥进行回收有助于提高煤炭资源的利用率。分析了粗煤泥处理的现状及粗煤泥精选回收中存在的问题,重点分析了粗煤泥深度洗选回收工艺,为煤泥的回收提供一定的参考。

In the process of coal washing,slime is formed in the water when the coal is crushed and precipitated.With the in-crease of the total mining amount of coal resources,the recovery of slime is helpful to improve the utilization rate of coal resources.This paper analyzed the current situation of coarse slime treatment and the problems existing in the cleaning and recovery of coarse slime,focused on the deep washing and recovery process of coarse slime,so as to provide a certain reference for the recovery of slime.
