摘要
五里堠煤矿1101轨道巷掘进期间受断层的影响,巷道顶板出现冒落现象,导致巷道掘进速度减慢,影响着巷道掘进安全。鉴于此,经过技术研究,决定在过巷道冒落区期间采取“人工假顶+撞楔超前支护”的联合加强支护措施,并对顶板原支护设计进行优化。通过实际应用可知,采取这种联合加强支护措施,提高了冒落区顶板的稳定性,防止了冒落区范围进一步扩大,取得了显著的应用成效。
During the excavation of 1101 track roadway in Wulihou Coal Mine,due to the influence of faults,the roof of the roadway appears caving phenomenon,which leads to the decrease of the excavation speed and affects the safety of the roadway excavation.In view of this,after the technical research,this paper decided to adopt the joint strengthening support measures of"artificial false roof+wedge impact advance support"during the period of passing through the roadway caving area,and optimized the original support design of the roof.Through practical application,it can be seen that this kind of combined support measures can improve the stability of the roof in the caving area,prevent the scope of the caving area from expanding step by step,and achieve remarkable application results.
