摘要
当前我国MSW《高级社会工作实务》课程教学主要包括六种教学模式:讲授式、探究式、体验/参与式、案例式、现象分析式、自学-辅导式。调研发现,当前课程教学存在三方面的主要问题:讲授式教学模式理论与实践脱节的问题;案例教学模式案例的遴选与设计问题;体验/参与式教学模式的角色定位与专业伦理问题。针对这些问题,本研究提出要整合多种教学模式,增强教学效果;教学模式的选择要考虑教师的驾驭能力和学生的接受能力;要时时评估教学效果,及时修正教学模式;要加大案例教学和体验/参与式教学模式在教学过程中的比重;要吸收和借鉴相关学科领域教学模式的好经验、好做法,提升学生综合运用专业知识的能力和水平。
The course teaching of Advanced Social Work Practice for MSW in China mainly includes six kinds of teaching models:teaching-based,inquiry-based,experience/participation-based,case-based,phenomenon analysis-based and self-study and coach-based.The research discovers that there are three main problems in current course teaching:dissociation of the teaching-based teaching model theory from practice;the case selection and design of case-based model of teaching,and role and professional ethics of experience/participation-based model of teaching.Aiming at these problems,this research proposes to integrate multiple models of teaching and improve teaching result,to take into consideration of the teacher's ruling ability and the student receptivity when choosing the model of teaching,to assess teaching result constantly and correct the model of teaching timely,to increase the proportion of case-based and experience/participation-based model of teaching in the teaching process,and to assimilate and imitate the successful experience and methods of the teaching model in related discipline fields with a view to enhance the ability and level of students to apply professional knowledge comprehensively.
