摘要
建立以更新理念、整合资源、协调配合、推动创新等为标志的教师教学发展支持体系是信息时代对人才培养工作的必然要求。学生中心的教师教学发展支持体系要基于高校教师教学发展特征以及驱动因素的分析进行构建,系统化地从政策制度、教师培训、教学评估指导和改进、信息化支持平台、创新环境构建五个方面着手,开展“五联动式”实践,以高校为支持主体,解决教师个体发展动机不强,高校推动教师教学发展及教学创新力度不够等内、外部驱动力问题。
Establishing the supportive system for teachers'teaching development,which consists of updating ideas,integrating resources,coordinating and cooperating,and promoting innovation in the information age,is the inevitable requirement of talent cultivation.The establishment of"learner-centered"teaching development supportive system must base on university teachers'teaching characteristics and the analysis of the driving factors.The"five linkage type"practice needs to systematically carrying out,from the five aspects of system policies,teacher training,teaching evaluation and improvement,information support platform,innovative environment construction.To begin,carry out the"five linkages"practice,with colleges and universities as the supporting body,to solve internal and external driving forces such as weak motivation for teachers'individual development,insufficient promotion of teachers'teaching development,and insufficient teaching innovation.
