摘要
在英语专业的翻译教学中引入案例教学法,实现了对传统翻译教学的两个“颠覆”:它颠覆了传统翻译教学“先讲理论、后引例句”的老式授课方法;颠覆了传统翻译教学只重结果不重过程的教学模式,由以结果为取向,转到以过程为取向。文章将结合具体的教学案例,深入探讨在英汉、汉英翻译教学中,教师应如何设计并开展案例讨论、规避翻译过程中出现的错误和问题、引导学生对译文进行考证与核实,从而提高学生的翻译实践能力和自主创新能力,实现译文的高标准、高质量。
The introduction of case-based teaching method in translation teaching for English majors has brought about two"subversions"to traditional translation teaching:it subverts the traditional old teaching method of"giving theory first and then quoting examples";it subverts the traditional teaching mode of"focusing on results rather than processes",and shifts from"result-oriented"to"process-oriented".Combined with specific teaching cases,the paper will discuss how teachers should design and carry out case discussions,avoid errors and problems in the process of translation,and guide students to check and verify the translated texts,so as to improve students'translation practice ability and independent innovation ability in English-Chinese and Chinese-English translation teaching and realize high standard and quality of translation.
