摘要
导师作为研究生培养第一责任人,是在目前“立德树人”根本任务指引下实现高水平专业技术素质和职业道德素养的人才培养的核心力量和最主要承担者。作者运用文献分析的方法,统计得出学术界围绕研究生导师立德树人工作的研究概况。从导师自身的自觉性和制度建设的制约性两个方面,对国内相对最新文献进行梳理,并对现有研究生导师立德树人目标的实现途径展开评述。最后在剖析研究生导师立德树人工作存在的问题基础之上,为在新形势下进一步推动该工作的实施,提出一些对策建议。
Taking the"morality establishment and talent cultivation"as the current fundamental task of higher education,the postgraduate supervisor is considered as the first responsible person to postgraduate students,and should have a clear guide to achieve the high-level personnel trainings with specialized quality and professional ethic.The paper here introduces the current research situation of the"morality establishment and talent cultivation"work concerning the postgraduate supervisors based on the literature review.The relative latest literature in China are further analyzed,and implementation pathways for the current moral cultivation are discussed from two perspectives:the self-consciousness of the postgraduate supervisor,and the conditionality of the system construction.On the dilemmas of current situation in reality,suggestions on the improvement for practicing"morality establishment and talent cultivation"work are provided.
