面向装配式建筑产业链全生命周期的应用型紧缺人才培养研究——以沈阳城市建设学院为例

装配式建筑是未来建筑产业的发展趋势,培养该行业的应用型人才以解决建筑产业转型升级带来的人才紧缺问题,是当下建筑类院校的一项重要责任与使命。因此,建筑类高校应积极构建与建筑产业链对接的专业集群,面向建筑产业的全生命周期,探索一种满足产业转型升级需求的应用型人才培养模式,制定科学、合理、适应当前产业发展的教学体系和教学内容,采用脚手架式的教学方法,培养适应产业升级和市场需求的应用型人才。

Prefabricated buildings are the development trend of the future construction industry.It is an important responsibility and mission of the current construction colleges to cultivate the application-oriented talents in the industry to solve the shortage of talents brought about by the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Therefore,architectural colleges and universities should actively construct professional clusters that are connected with the construction industry chain,and face the whole life cycle of the construction industry,explore an application-oriented talent training model that meets the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading,and formulate scientific,rational and adaptable to the current industrial development.The teaching system and teaching content use scaffolding teaching methods to cultivate application-oriented talents that adapt to industrial upgrading and market demand.
