摘要
提升高校思想政治理论课教学实效,重点是要激发教学群体的内源性动力。思想政治理论课教学过程,教师与学生的互动构成一个完整教学群体的内部动力系统。这其中,既包括促进群体向上发展的正向动力,也包括消极离散的负向动力。以焦点小组访谈法动态把握思想政治理论课群体动力的发展态势,根据教学群体动力系统的内在运行逻辑,以增强教学群体的凝聚力,激发教学群体向上的驱动力以及降低群体的耗散力为主要举措,着力解决思想政治理论“进学生头脑”最后一公里的教学难题。
To improve the effectiveness of ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities,the key is to stimulate the endogenous power of teaching groups.In the course of ideological and political theory teaching,the interaction between teachers and students constitutes an internal dynamic system of a complete teaching group.This includes both the positive force that promotes the upward development of the group and the negative force that promotes the negative dispersion.The method of focus group interview grasps the trend of the group dynamics of ideological and political theory course.Through the internal logic of teaching group dynamic system,the teaching group cohesion is enhanced,stimulate the driving force of teaching groups is stimulated and the dissipation power of the group as the main measures is reduced to strive to resolve the last problems"in students'mind"of ideological and political theory.
