摘要
从物业管理的范围、团队、规模、水平、效率和投诉等角度建立全面有效的管理指标体系。提出了一种改进的基于模糊集核和熵权的多级模糊综合评价算法,该算法对模型进行了实时计算。利用模糊、多因素、多层次的模糊综合评价模型对城市居住区物业管理系统进行了评价,对物业服务系统进行了实证研究,并根据评价结果提出了相应的改进建议。针对城市住宅交付后服务过程中遇到的问题,确定了评价对象的内容及其评价指标,给出了结构管理体系的评价结构。
To establish a comprehensive and effective management index system can be from the perspective of the scope,team,scale,level,efficiency and complaint of property management.An improved multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm based on fuzzy set kernel and entropy weight is proposed.This algorithm calculates the model in real time.Using this multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with fuzzy,multi factors is to evaluate the urban residential property management system.An empirical study has been made on the property service system,and according to the evaluation results,the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward.Aiming at the problems encountered in the process of post delivery service of urban housing,the content and index of evaluation object are determined,and the evaluation structure of structure management system is given in this paper.
