摘要
针对继电器、断路器等传统电气元件组成的低压配电系统很难实现负载状态信息监测及管理的问题,文章采用网络化、模块化设计思路,开展了基于智能低压配电模块与CAN/ETH网关的低压配电与数据采集系统的研究。文中介绍了低压配电与数据采集系统组成和基于以太网通信及CAN通信双网冗余的分布式低压配电与数据采集系统网络架构,以及在该架构下低压配电与数据采集系统的功能,最后介绍了低压配电与数据采集系统故障诊断与远程监控功能。该系统的应用实现了智轨电车对负载电源的智能控制与信息管理,提升了列车的智能化程度。
It is difficult to implement load status information monitoring and management issues for low-voltage power distribution system composed of traditional electrical components such as relays and circuit breakers.A network distribution and data acquisition system based on intelligence low-voltage distribution module and CAN/ETH gateway was introduced together with its application through modular,network and integrated design method.Firstly,the composition of network distribution and data acquisition system was introduced.Then,the system architecture and function of the distributed power distribution and data acquisition system based on Ethernet communication and CAN communication were discussed.Finally,the function of data diagnostic information and remote monitoring was described.The network distribution and data acquisition system realizes the intelligence control and information management and improves the intelligence of autonomous-rail rapid tram.
