植物源性饲料添加剂对猪肉品质相关基因表达量影响研究

摘要 研究利用荧光定量PCR技术,对使用不同配方的植物源性饲料添加剂、抗生素的山西黑猪、晋阳白猪猪肉品质相关基因表达量进行了测定,主要测定了脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)、钙蛋白酶抑制蛋白(CAST)、脂蛋白脂肪酶(LPL)、肌细胞生长素(MyoG)、糖激酶同工酶基因(HK)、ATP合成酶(ATP5B)、磷酸果糖激酶(PFK)基因相对含量。结果分析表明:使用植物源性饲料添加剂的试验猪各相关基因的表达量均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),并极显著高于抗生素组(P<0.01)。植物源性饲料添加剂Ⅱ组又极显著高于植物源性饲料添加剂Ⅰ组(P<0.01)。山西黑猪植物源性饲料添加剂Ⅱ组中H-FABP基因、LPL基因表达量显著高于晋阳白猪(P<0.05),其余各基因均为晋阳白猪高于山西黑猪。 Using Real-time PCR,the expression of quality-related gene using a different formula of plant-based feed additives or antibiotics in Shanxi Black Pig,Jinyang White Pig pork were determined.The mensuration of gene includes:H-FABP,CAST,LPL,MyoG,HK,ATP5B,PFK.The results showed that the expression levels of all related genes were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The expression of pork quality-related gene in plant-based feed additivesⅡgroup was obviously higher than that of plant-based feed AdditivesⅠgroup(P<0.01).H-FABP gene,LPL gene expression of pork quality-related gene in plant-based feed additivesⅡgroup in Shanxi Black Pig quantity is higher than the Jinyang White Pig(P<0.05),the rest of the genes expression are Jinyang White Pig above Shanxi Black Pig.
