迪庆藏猪Nramp1基因第二内含子和第二外显子多态性位点遗传分析 被引量:3

Genetic Analysis of the Polymorphism in the Second Intron and the Second Exon of Nramp1 Gene in Diqing Tibetan Pigs

摘要 以迪庆藏猪为研究对象,通过测序技术对Nramp1基因内含子2和外显子2进行多态性位点遗传分析。结果发现:迪庆藏猪在Nramp1基因内含子2上存在6个SNP位点,在外显子2上存在1个SNP;各SNPs均处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡,多态信息含量和杂合度均小于0.5。通过该研究了解了迪庆藏猪Nramp1基因的变异情况及群体遗传特征,为下一步开展抗病毒基因的遗传育种奠定了理论基础。 In this study,Diqing Tibetan pigs was used as the research object to analyze the genetic polymorphism of intron 2 and exon 2 of Nramp1 gene by sequencing technology.The results showed that there were 6 SNPS on intron 2 and 1 SNP on exon 2 of Nramp1 gene.All SNPs were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium,the polymorphic information content and heterozygosity were less than 0.5.Through this study,the variation and population genetic characteristics of Nramp1 gene in Diqing Tibetan pigs were understood,which laid a theoretical foundation for the genetic breeding of antiviral gene in the next step.
