区域小城镇空间结构解析与优化:以浙江省为例

Analysis and optimization of spatial characteristics of regional small towns:based on the case of Zhejiang Province

区域城镇体系是复杂空间系统,以浙江省为例,探索从复杂性视角下解析区域小城镇的空间结构特征,建立区域城镇空间结构的测度框架。采用空间相关性分析法解析区域小城镇的空间特征,体现了有序与无序并存及地区间城镇系统组织演化的层级性特征。采用空间相关性和位序-规模分析法解析区域小城镇的人口等级结构特征,呈规模上的梯度不均衡排布和空间上的分化布局特征。概括省域各片区的发展特征,并提出区域城镇空间优化发展的建议:浙北地区处于复杂系统的高等级阶段,应注重区域城镇一体化发展;浙东南地区和浙中地区处于复杂系统的等级较高的发展阶段,应分别注重极核城镇带动发展和城镇联动发展;浙西南地区处于复杂系统的初级阶段,应注重重点城镇的培育。

Regional town system is a typical spatial complex system.Taking Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper measures and analyzes the spatial structure characteristics of town agglomeration.Based on complexity theory,it sets up a theoretical framework for measuring the spatial structure of regional towns.Results show that Zhejiang s regional small towns reflect the spatial characteristics of disorder and order coexistence,as while as dynamic evolution.Using spatial correlation analysis method and rank-size analysis method,this paper also studies the hierarchical structure of regional small towns in Zhejiang.The analysis shows that its regional small towns have the characteristics of uneven distribution on scale,as well as differential distribution in space.With the above conclusions,the development characteristics of provincial districts are summarized and some corresponding suggestions for optimizing their spatial structure are put forward.The regional town system of north Zhejiang Province has been in a stage of higher rank of complex system and it should focus its future development on integration of regional cities and towns.The systems of regional towns in southeast and central Zhejiang Province have been in a stage of moderately high rank of complex system:the former future development should pay attention to the development of polar towns while the latter should lay emphasis on the development of coordination between cities and towns.However,the regional town system of southwest Zhejiang Province is still in a stage of primary complex system whose future development should attach importance to cultivating key towns.
