The study of constructing entrepreneurship ecosystem based on organizational change theory

基于组织变革理论探讨创业生态体系构建和运作机制,有助于“双创”战略和创新驱动战略的实施。在适应维度,深入推进创新创业教育改革,完善课程设计,加强创业理论研究;在选择维度,构建递进式创新能力培育机制,推动创新中心建设,多方合作共建实践基地;在发展维度,打造全过程覆盖的双创孵化链,贯通双创中介机制,引育并举优化创业孵化空间。从技术创新、系统服务、异质发展、资源支持四个层面制定创业生态体系发展策略。

Based on the organizational change theory,this paper discusses the construction and operation mechanism of entrepreneurial ecosystem,which is related to the implementation of the Strategy of“Double Innovation”and the Innovation-driven Strategy.At the adaptive dimension,we should promote the educational reform of innovation and entrepreneurship,improve school curriculum and deepen research of the entrepreneurship theory.At the selective dimension,we should construct the progressive cultivation mechanism of innovation,and stimulate the construction of innovation center and the joint practical base.At the developmental dimension,we should build up a whole-process coverage incubating chain of“Double Innovation”to link innovation laboratory and professional laboratory,and to optimize entrepreneurial incubation space.This paper elaborates on the development strategy of entrepreneurial ecosystem through four aspects:technological innovation,systematic service,heterogeneous development and resource support.
