On the Contemporary Value of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialist Rule of Law With Chinese Characteristics for a New Era

习近平新时代中国特色社会主义法治思想是当前最新的法治理论成果,是立足于本国国情和时代特点凝结而出的重大创新。文章从理论和实践两方面入手深入研究其当代价值,理论上从时间维度详细论述了这一思想对马克思主义法治思想的继承和创新,对中国特色社会主义法治理论体系的传承和发展,重点阐释了全面依法治国的理论重要性和建设法治中国的学理支撑;实践上则从全面深化改革、全面从严治党和全面建成小康社会三个不同的切入点出发,分别论证了新时代国情下这一思想对当下中国所处环境和面临的时代问题具有的重要指导意义和应用价值。

Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law for socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era is the latest theoretical achievement of the rule of law and a major innovation based on China’s national conditions and the characteristics of the times.From two aspects of theory and practice,this paper studies its contemporary value.Theoretically,this thought is discussed from the time dimension of the rule of law ideas of inheritance,innovation of Marxism,the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics of the rule of law of inheritance and development.It mainly explains the overall importance of the rule of law theory and theoretical support for constructing rule of law in China.In practice,from the perspective of comprehensively deepening reform,comprehensively governing the party with strict discipline,and comprehensively completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,it demonstrates the important guiding significance and application value of this thought to the current environment and problems facing China in the new era.
