摘要
部分农村中等职业院校教师教学存在着较强的职业倦怠、课堂教学模式传统、信息化辅助教学较少普及等现象。文章基于H省贫困县市(区)和偏远地区学校精准培训项目的“送培到校”,论述笔者所在项目在精准扶贫过程中的实施及总结,并提出精准扶贫需采用“1+X多元化培训”“实施差异性培训”和“有限培训,无限帮扶”等路径协助农村中职院校教师提升教学能力。
The teaching of teachers in rural secondary vocational colleges has some problems such as strong job burnout,traditional classroom teaching mode and less popularization of information-based auxiliary teaching.Based on the targeted training program Sending-Training-to-the-School of poverty-stricken counties and remote areas in H Province,the author discusses the implementation of the program and summarizes it.The paper puts forward such ways as“1+X”diversity training,differentiation training and limited training,unlimited support to help the rural secondary vocational school teachers'to improve their teaching abilities.
