摘要
简要分析了县级环境监测站在监测监察执法垂直管理制度改革后面临的问题,并针对问题提出建议。
The problems faced by county-level environmental monitoring stations after the reform of the vertical management system for monitoring,supervision and law enforcement were analyzed briefly.In view of the problems,some suggestions are put forward.
