摘要
以长链烯烃、低含氢硅油、铂金催化剂为原料合成了长链烷基硅油,并以此用作透明的单组分室温硫化(RTV-1)硅橡胶的渗透剂,制得室温硫化手机白边填充液,研究了渗透剂种类、含氢硅油中活性氢质量分数、长链烯烃种类、催化剂用量、反应温度、原料配比、反应时间、渗透剂与RTV-1硅橡胶的配比等因素对手机白边填充液性能的影响。结果表明,以1-十六烯和活性氢质量分数为0.1%的含氢硅油为原料,两者量之比为1.1∶1,催化剂用量(占1-十六烯和含氢硅油总质量)为2×10^-6,在150℃下反应4 h制得的长链烷基硅油与RTV-1硅橡胶的相溶性较好,且当两者质量比为1∶1时,制得的手机白边填充液透明、可室温硫化、渗透性好,能够渗透到缝隙处,消除手机白边。
The long-chain alkyl silicone oil was synthesized from long-chain olefin,low hydrogen silicone oil and platinum catalyst,which was used as the penetrant of one-component room temperature vulcanized(RTV-1)silicone rubber for white edge filling of mobile phones.Influences of the types of penetrant,hydrogen content in hydrogen silicone oil,types of long-chain olefin,amount of catalyst,temperature,ratio of the materials,time,the ratio of penetrant and RTV-1 silicone rubber on the performance of the white edge filling solution for mobile phones were studied.The results show that when the ratio of 1-hexadecene and hydrogen silicone oil with an active hydrogen mass fraction of 0.1%was 1.1∶1,and the amount of catalyst(accounting for the total mass of 1-hexadecene and hydrogen silicone oil)was 2.0×10^-6,the long-chain alkyl silicone oil synthesized at 150℃ for 4 hours had good solubility with RTV-1 silicone rubber when the ratio was 1∶1.The filling liquid of the white edge for the mobile phone is transparent,good permeability,and can penetrate into the gap to eliminate the white edge.
