文化功能视角下海口府城公期之功用与价值

The Analysis of Fucheng's"Gongqi"from the Perspective of Cultural Functionalism

公期作为海口府城极具地方民俗特色的传统节日之一,是由当地大众集体形成、发展与传承的一种民间生活文化。作为一种集信仰、仪式与生活气息的传统节日形式,公期在今日府城的热闹势头不减,吃喝是其中非常重要的一部分。但这并不意味着公期完全等于简单的吃喝与聚众娱乐,而是有着深刻的文化功能与社会意义。文章以英国人类学家马林诺夫斯基提出的“文化功能论”为视角,通过对公期的显性功能与隐性功能、正功能与负功能进行分析,从中探索其深层意义,即公期背后所代表的重视祖先、神灵、社区团结的虔诚思想与功能。

As one of the traditional local festivals in Fucheng of Haikou city,"Gongqi"was formed,developed and inherited by the local masses.Combining with belief,ritual and the real life,the lively momentum of"Gongqi"is still unabated today,eating and drinking is still a very important part of it.But this does not mean that"Gongqi"is simply to eat,drink,entertain,it has profound cultural functions and social significance.From the perspective of"Cultural Functionalism"put forward by British anthropologist Malinowski,this paper analyzes the function and val ue of"Gongqi"in Fucheng.By studying the explicit function and implicit function,positive function and negative function of"Gongqi",this paper explores its deep meaning,that is,the pious thought and functions of valuing the an cestors,gods and communities.
