基于气动式加载系统的主动横向稳定器实验台架系统设计

摘要 为深入研究主动横向稳定器系统抗侧倾性能,细致掌握转向条件下主动横向稳定器系统的作用规律,本文设计了基于Simulink/Desktop Real-Time实时系统,采用气动式加载系统的主动横向稳定器实验台架系统,为主动横向稳定器系统硬件在环试验提供条件。本文介绍了实验台架系统的组成其工作原理,并对实验台架进行实时性与加载能力测试,结果表明所设计的实验台架可满足试验需求。 In order to study the anti-roll performance of the active lateral stabilizer system in detail and to master the working rules of the active lateral stabilizer system under steering conditions, a active lateral stabilizer experimental bench system with pneumatic loading subsystem is designed based on Simulink/Desktop Real-Time, which provides conditions for hardware-in-the-loop testing of active lateral stabilizer system. This paper introduces the composition of the experimental bench system and its working principle, and tests the real-time performance and loading capacity of the experimental bench. The results show that the designed experimental bench can meet the test requirements. The calculation results show that the strength of experimental bench can fully meet the test requirements.
