摘要
将现场管理的五大要素"4M1E"与安全风险管理的"Bow-Tie"模型相结合,进而引出基于"4M1E"与"Bow-Tie"模型下顶事件的风险分析方法,对铁路客车中常见的故障中的轴温误报警故障进行分析,达到减少铁路客车故障的发生,或者降低故障发生后的影响的目的。
Combining the five elements of site management "4 M1 E" with the "Bow-Tie" model of safety risk management, this paper introduces the risk analysis method based on the "4 M1 E" and "Bow-Tie" model. Byanalyzing the common faults in the railway passenger cars, the paper aims to reduce the occurrence of the faults or the influence of the faults.
