早期先兆流产患者心理弹性水平及其影响因素研究

Analysis of psychological resilience level and influencing factors in patients with early threatened abortion

目的调查早期先兆流产患者心理弹性水平及其影响因素。方法采用一般情况调查表、心理弹性量表、社会支持评定量表、医学应对问卷等调查2018年3-12月在成都市中医药大学附属医院妇科就诊的早期先兆流产患者265例。结果早期先兆流产患者心理弹性得分为(56.52±16.80)分,社会支持各维度、面对应对得分与心理弹性得分呈正相关,回避、屈服应对得分与心理弹性得分呈负相关。不良妊娠史、社会支持、应对方式是早期先兆流产患者心理弹性水平的影响因素,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期先兆流产患者心理弹性水平较低,护士应关注患者的不良妊娠史,鼓励患者采取合适的应对方式,获取必要的社会支持,从而提高其心理弹性水平。

Objective To investigate the psychological resilience level and its influencing factors in the patients with early threatened abortion.Methods A total of 265 patients with early threatened abortion in a class 3A hospital of Chengdu City from March to December 2018 were investigated by using the general data questionnaire,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,social support rating sale and medical coping modes questionnaire.Results The resilience score of early threatened abortion patients was(56.52±16.80)points,each dimension of social support and confront coping style were positively correlated with the resilience score(P<0.01),the avoidance and resignation coping styles were negatively correlated with the resilience score(P<0.01).The history of adverse pregnancy,social support and coping modes were the main influencing factors of the resilience level in the patients with early threatened abortion,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The psychological resilience level in the patients with early threatened abortion is relatively low.The nursing staff should pay attention to the patient′s adverse pregnancy history,encourage the patients to take the appropriate coping styles,and obtain the necessary social support,thus improve their psychological resilience.
