“一带一路”倡议自2013年提出以来就成为中国对外政策的核心主题之一。它推动中国与世界各国文化上的互通交融,也带动“一带一路”沿线国家和地区的经济发展。与之相关的是中国如何讲好“一带一路”倡议,构建话语体系。“再情景化”无疑为“一带一路”话语体系的构建提供了新的视角,它在“一带一路”话语权的建构过程中将发挥重要的作用,同时需要中国政府和人民根据再情景化模式掌握话语艺术并加以灵活运用。中国要在国际社会上消除质疑的声音,完全掌握话语权,还需要一个长期努力的过程。

The Belt and Road Initiative has become one of the core themes of China's foreign policy Since its introduction in 2013.It promotes the cultural exchange between China and the rest of the world,and also promotes the economic development of countries and regions along the Belt and Road.Related to this is how China can clarify the Belt and Road Initiative and build a discourse system.Recontextualization undoubtedly provides a new perspective for the construction of the Belt and Road discourse system.It will play an important role in the construction of the Belt and Road discourse power,at the same time it requires Chinese government and people to master the discourse art according to the recontextualization model and use it flexibly.China still requires a long-term effort in order to eliminate the voice of doubt in the world and fully construct discourse power.
