摘要
重力式立体仓库具有存储密度高、结构简单可靠等优点。以优化库存管理、优化调度过程和减少库存堆积为目的,设计了一种智能化重力式立体仓库,结合传统重力式货架与伺服驱动的上料机和提料机,实现了物料的自动存储与调取;提出了一种基于货区划分的调度方法,实现了货区内货物先入先出,大大降低了管理成本;开发了智能化重力式立体仓库的电控系统与控制调度软件。在某汽车热力膨胀阀厂家进行了试运行,结果表明该智能化重力式立体仓库能较好实现少品种、大批量产品的自动存储。
Gravity three-dimensional warehouse has the advantages of high storage density,simple and reliable structure.In order to optimize inventory management,optimize scheduling process and reduce inventory accumulation,an intelligent gravity three-dimensional warehouse was designed,which combined traditional gravity type shelves and servo-driven loading machine and feeder to realize automatic storage and adjustment of materials.A scheduling method based on cargo area division was proposed to realize the first in first out of goods in the cargo area,which greatly simplified the management cost;the electronic control system and control scheduling software of the intelligent gravity three-dimensional warehouse were developed.The trial operation of a thermal expansion valve manufacturer has shown that the intelligent gravity three-dimensional warehouse can better realize the automatic storage of small varieties and large quantities of products.
