从“寒湿疫”角度探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎的中医药防治策略

目前新型冠状病毒肺炎的防治形势十分严峻。仝小林院士基于在武汉定点医院、急诊留观、发热门诊、社区卫生服务中心实际观察并诊治的病例资料,将本次传染病的病名定为"寒湿疫",并就"寒湿疫"的提出背景、临床特征及病机规律进行了系统阐述。同时以"寒湿疫"理论为基础,制定了适用于初期、中期、重症期及恢复期的分期辨治方案,并制定了适用于疑似病例的通用方,以期为抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎提供有效的中医药防治策略。

The current situation of prevention and treatment of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) is very severe. Based on case data of actual observation, diagnosis and treatment at designated hospitals, emergency observation clinics, fever clinics, and community health service centers in Wuhan, TONG Xiaolin holds that the name of the infectious disease was designated as "cold-dampness pestilence". In addition, background, clinical characteristics and pathogenesis of "cold-dampness pestilence" were systematically explained. At the same time, based on the "cold-dampness pestilence" theory, a stage-based diagnosis and treatment plan for early, middle, severe, and recovery periods was formulated, and a general formula for suspected cases was formulated to combat COVID-19 and to provide effective traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment strategies.
