基于“遗邪内伏”探讨中医药防治恶性肿瘤术后复发转移

Exploration on Prevention and Treatment of Postoperative Recurrence and Metastasis of Cancer by Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on “Lingering Pathogen Hidden Internally”

恶性肿瘤经手术、放疗、化疗后,瘤灶虽被消除,但术后仍可出现复发转移,具有起病隐匿、预后差等特点,与中医学"遗邪内伏"特点一致。结合临床实践,认为正虚不固为"遗邪内伏"与"伏邪发病"的诱因,情志失常为伏邪"复燃"的促进因素。中医药临床辨治恶性肿瘤术后复发转移应注重未病先防,运用"清、透"二法"祛邪",因势利导联合扶正以求攻补兼施,为中医药防治恶性肿瘤术后复发转移的基础研究及临床应用提供理论支持。

After operation, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the cancer is eliminated, but recurrence and metastasis can still occur. It has characteristics of insidious onset and poor prognosis, which is consistent with characteristics of "lingering pathogen hidden internally" in traditional Chinese medicine. From clinical practice, it is believed that healthy qi deficiency is the cause of "lingering pathogens hidden internally" and "onset due to hidden pathogens", and emotional disorder is promoting factor in "reignition" of hidden pathogens. Clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in postoperative cancer recurrence and metastasis should be focused on prevention before disease. "Clearing" and "expelling" should be applied for "eliminating pathogens". Supporting healthy qi is applied for reinforcement and elimination in combination. It provides theoretical support for basic research and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating postoperative recurrence and metastasis of cancer.
