肺动脉高压患者外周血G2A水平表达研究进展

摘要 肺动脉高压是由多种已知或未知原因引起的以肺动脉压异常升高为主的一种病理生理状态,主要的病理表现为肺动脉血管壁及平滑肌细胞出现增生和肥大,造成血管壁变厚、管腔变窄.诱导细胞停滞于G2/M期的G蛋白偶联受体G2A(G2accumulati)是一种质子感知受体,该种受体在人体血管内皮细胞及平滑肌细胞中有着较为广泛的分布,不仅与肿瘤的发生、发展有着密切的关系,且参与细胞骨架的重组进程,对免疫系统及血管系统功能等生理和病理过程也有着较为紧密的联系,能够起到调节生物体机能的重要作用.外周血G2A水平可能是引发肺动脉高压血管内皮细胞及平滑肌细胞异常表达的调节因子.本文就肺动脉高压患者外周血G2A水平表达研究进展进行如下综述.
