有效降解锌氧压浸出液中TOC含量的研究

摘要 硫化锌精矿氧压浸出工艺的生产实践表明,锌氧压浸出生产工艺中,添加的木质磺酸钙会带入大量的TOC进入系统,如果生产工厂不能有效解决降解TOC的生产工艺问题,锌冶炼系统溶液中的TOC会不断富集,含量达到一定浓度时将严重影响电解各项技术经济指标,最终导致电解不能进行。针对氧压浸出系统容易出现TOC含量富集的现象,本文探索了在二段氧压浸出工艺中氧气单耗、反应温度、氧分压及浸出时间对TOC氧化分解比率和锌浸出的影响,获得了较优的工艺条件,在该工艺条件下锌浸出率高达98%以上,且TOC富集的浓度不会影响电解电积生产技术指标。 The production practice of oxygen pressure leaching process of zinc sulfide concentrate shows that the added calcium lignosulfonate will bring a large amount of TOC into the system.If the production plant can not effectively solve the problem of TOC degradation in production process,it will result in the continuous enrichment of TOC in the solution of zinc smelting system.When the content reaches a certain concentration,it will seriously affect the technical and economic indicators of electrolysis,resulting in electrolysis can not be carried out.In view of the enrichment of TOC content in the oxygen pressure leaching system,this paper explores the influence of oxygen consumption,reaction temperature,oxygen partial pressure and leaching time on TOC oxidation decomposition ratio and zinc leaching rate in the two-stage oxygen pressure leaching process,and obtains the optimal process conditions.Under this process condition,the zinc leaching rate is over 99%,and the concentration of TOC enrichment will not affect the technical index of electro-winning.
