Analysis of the influencing factors of improving the operating rate of the double-flash furnace in Jinguan Copper Corporation

金冠铜业采用闪速熔炼+闪速吹炼工艺进行生产,针对两台闪速炉作业率问题,公司进行了有利因素和不利因素的系统性分析和改进。通过优化设备、提升技术和改进工艺等措施,取得了较好效果,目前该双闪速炉作业率在使用“双闪”工艺的冶炼厂中已达到先进水平。

The double-flash process(flash smelting and flash converting)is used for production in Jinguan Copper Corporation.Aiming at the operation rate of two flash furnaces(flash smelting furnace and flash converting furnace),the company conducted a systematic analysis of favorable and unfavorable factors.By optimizing equipment,upgrading technology and improving processes,good results have been achieved.At present,the operating rate of the double flash furnaces has reached an advanced level compared of other double flash furnaces.
