摘要
本文对高温冶炼炉虹吸负压水冷系统进行了现象分析和虹吸负压机理研究,提出了管槽差、槽位差、虹吸负压有效水头、虹吸负压水流流速四个数理概念,并根据伯努里方程和达西摩阻系数公式推导出了刘德忠-孙文亮水力计算模型,该模型适用于计算高温冶炼炉虹吸负压水冷却系统的槽位差和水流流速。实验结果表明该模型物理概念清晰、数学形式简捷、计算结果与试验数据接近,方便了高温冶炼炉虹吸负压水冷却系统工程的设计。
The paper analyzed of the phenomenon of siphon negative pressure water-cooled system of high temperature smelting furnace and studies the mechanism of siphon negative pressure,and proposed the four mathematical concepts,pipe-tank difference,tank-tank difference,effective head for siphon negative pressure,and flow velocity of siphon negative pressure water.At last,the LIU Dezhong-SUN Wenliang hydraulic calculation model was derived based on Bernoulli's equation and Darcy's drag coefficient formula,which is suitable for calculating the tank-tank difference and the water flow velocity of the siphon negative pressure water-cooled system of high temperature smelting furnace.The experimental results show that the model has a clear physical concept,a simple mathematical form,and the calculation results are close to the experimental data,which facilitates the design of the siphon negative pressure water-cooled system of high temperature smelting furnace.
