摘要
富氧底吹熔炼炉是河南中原黄金冶炼厂的核心生产设备,该设备配备有28套氧枪系统装置。该系统原设计只有一套转动装置,无紧急热备慢转装置。在炉体急需转出而电机突发故障情况下,会导致28套氧枪系统损毁,造成巨大经济损失。该公司在经历了一次紧急停车事故后,意识到维护转炉转动系统正常运行的重要性,增补了一套慢转减速电机转动装置,该电机与主电机均连锁主电源与UPS电源,使转动系统得到双重保险,提高了系统的可靠性。本文对该转动装置的详细改造内容进行了阐述,以期为其他相关企业提供参考。
Oxygen-bottom blowing smelting furnace is the core production equipment in Henan Zhongyuan Gold Smelter,which is equipped with 28 sets of oxygen lance system devices.The smelting furnace system was originally designed with only one rotating device and no emergency backup device.In the case that the furnace body needs to be turned out urgently and the motor suddenly fails,28 sets of oxygen lance systems will be damaged,resulting in huge economic losses.After experiencing an emergency shutdown,the company realized the importance of maintaining the normal operation of the converter rotation system,and added a set of slow-rotating speed-reduction motor rotation device.The motor and the main motor are interlocked with the main power supply and UPS power supply,so that the rotation system is double-insured.This article elaborates the details of the transformation of the rotating device,with a view to providing references for other related enterprises.
