从铜冶炼废酸中回收磁性铁的试验研究

摘要 某炼铜企业采用铁锍沉砷法处理后的废酸中含有大量的FeSO 4,且酸度较高。本研究先采用碳酸钙降低废酸的酸度,再使用廉价的电石渣调节滤液的pH值,在特定范围内,用氯酸钠作为氧化剂制备磁性铁,最后使用磁选法分离回收铁。本文着重探究了在制备磁性铁的过程中,溶液起始pH、氧化剂加入量、反应温度以及氧化反应时间等因素的影响。 The waste acid treated by arsenic precipitation with matte in a copper smelter contained a large amount of FeSO 4,and its acidity is high.In this study,calcium carbonate was used to reduce the acidity of waste acid,then calcium carbide slag was used to adjust the pH value of filtrate in a specific range,sodium chlorate was used as oxidant to prepare magnetic iron,and iron was separated and recovered by magnetic separation.The effects of initial pH value of solution,amount of oxidant,reaction temperature and reaction time on the preparation of magnetic iron were investigated.
