摘要
2019年12月以来,武汉市出现多起新型冠状病毒肺炎病例,并迅速蔓延至全国。面对严峻形势,华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院发热门诊立即投入到医疗救治与疫情防控中,并取得了一定成效。从科室设置、人员管理、运行机制、科室管理和创新机制5个方面,总结综合医院发热门诊应对新型冠状病毒肺炎的实践经验,探讨应对措施,以供同行参考。
Since December,2019,there have been many new cases of COVID-19 in Wuhan City,and the epidemic has gradually spreaded to China and the world.Facing the severe situation,the fever clinic of the hospital immediately put into medical treatment and epidemic prevention,and has got some achievements.The paper has summarized the practical experience in fever clinics of comprehensive hospitals from five aspects,namely,the establishment of departments,personnel management,operating mechanism,department management and innovation mechanism,so as to provide references for colleagues.
