大学生公益精神培育与高校基金会可持续发展:互益框架与路径选择

Cultivation of College Students'Philanthropy Spirit and Sustainable Development of University Funds:Mutual Benefit Framework and Path Selection

大学生公益精神培育既是大学人才培养战略的重要组成部分,也是大学社会责任的具体体现。本文尝试将有关大学生公益精神培育的思考置于高校基金会可持续发展的框架之下,以互益的视角看待大学管理体系中两个不同职能模块的协同与协作问题。通过对现有文献的综述以及两者互益基础、目的、效果等内容的论述,本文从组织、项目、资源等方面搭建了两者互益的框架与路径。

The cultivation of college students'philanthropy spirit is not only an important part of the university talent training strategy,but also a concrete embodiment of the university's social responsibility.This paper attempts to put the cultivation of the philanthropy spirit of college students under the framework of the sustainable development of the university foundation,and to view the cooperation of different modules of the university from the perspective of mutual benefit.Through the review of the existing literature and the mutual understanding of the basis and purpose,this paper builds a mutual benefit framework from the organization,project,resources and other aspects.The paper puts forward some suggestions such as focusing on undergraduate groups,exploring long-term mutual benefit mechanism,and innovating students'participation methods,which not only help to improve the level of college students'philanthropy cultivation,but also are useful supplements to the university foundation's sustainable development strategy.
