同质化管理在规范科室备用药品中的实践效果

Application of the Methods of Homogeneity Management in Quality Improvement Process for Spare Drug Safety and Timelines Management

目的:应用同质化管理,规范各科室备用药品,保障备用药品使用安全性与及时性。方法:备用药品管理小组应用同质化理念,运用PDCA循环管理方法对我院83个科室备用药品种类、分类、定位储存、使用、记录和领取进行质量持续改进。结果:实施同质化管理后,备用药品的种类在我院由432种减少到196种,减少了54.63%;备用药品总储备显著减少,其中,注射剂由32574支下降到11263支,下降率为65.42%;各类备用药品规范管理,第三周期PDCA检查中达到“备用药品质量合格率100%”的管理目标;对比同质化管理实施前后的护理人员的相关知识掌握情况及备用药管理质量发现,实施PDCA循环管理模式后,护理人员的备用药相关知识掌握情况评分与备用药管理质量评分,均显著高于管理前(P<0.05);在实施同质化管理前后分别对备用药管理情况进行抽查,对比备用药管理问题发生率,管理后的管理问题发生率为6.67%,显著低于管理前的30.00%(P<0.05)。结论:同质化管理提高了各科室的备用药品管理质量,保障患者用药安全,提高了管理效率,值得在临床实践工作中推荐。

Objective:To explore the application of the methods of homogeneous management in quality improvement process for drug safety and timelines management in each department.Methods:Basing on the PDCA(plan,do,check,act)cycle method,the management team on spare drug included specialists of the medicine,nursing and the medical department.The team continuously improved the quality of the category,classification,location,storage,use,recording and collection of the spare drugs in 83 departments in our hospital.Results:After the implementation of homogeneous management,the type of hospital-wide spare drugs decreased by 54.63%(from 432 to 196)and the number of spare drug storage also significantly reduced,especially the injection from 32574 to 11263.During the third cycle of PDCA check,drug quality percent of pass was up to 100%in each department.The relative knowledge of nursing staff before and after the implementation of homogenization management and the quality of drug preparation management were compared.After the implementation of PDCA circulation management model,the nursing staff’s grasp of relevant knowledge about standby drugs and the quality score of reserve drug management were scored,and the quality of drug reserve management was evaluated,and the quality of drug reserve management was evaluated.All of them were significantly higher than those before management(P<0.05).After the implementation of homogenization management,the incidence of management problems was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than that of 30.00%before and after management(P<0.05),and the incidence of management problems after management was significantly lower than that of pre-management(30.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PDCA circulation method standardizes the management of spare drugs in each department,ensures the safety and timelines of spare drugs use in patients,increased productivity and reduced drug wastage of resources in our hospital.It is worth recommending homogeneity management in spare drug in clinical practice work.
