铕掺杂二氧化钛光催化去除水中溴酸盐研究 被引量:1

摘要 溴酸盐是臭氧处理含溴离子的原水后生成常规水处理工艺难以去除的2B级(较高致癌可能性)潜在致癌物。本文采用一步水热法制备Eu-TiO2光催化剂,以提高二氧化钛光催化去除水中溴酸盐效率。利用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、荧光光谱(PL)、X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外可见漫反射(UV-vis DRS)等手段对制备的Eu-TiO2材料进行了表征。本实验复合材料具有较窄的禁带宽度,Eu元素的掺杂后Eu-TiO2材料中Eu的掺杂使得{101}晶面得到加强,同时抑制了电子-空穴对的复合,催化剂禁带宽度从2.92 e V窄化至2.71 e V,一定程度上拓宽了催化剂的光响应范围,从而显著地提高了催化活性。重复性试验表明,Eu-TiO2材料去除溴酸盐的重复性和稳定性良好,说明Eu-TiO2是一具有应用前景的光催化剂。 Bromate is a potential carcinogen of Grade 2B(higher carcinogenic potential)that is difficult to remove by conventional water treatment processes after ozone treatment of raw water containing bromide ions.In this paper,Eu-TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by one-step hydrothermal method to improve the efficiency of photocatalytic removal of bromate in water by titanium dioxide.The prepared Eu-TiO2 materials were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),fluorescence spectroscopy(PL),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and UV-vis DRS.The composite material has a narrower band gap.The doping of Eu in the doped Eu-TiO2 material of Eu element strengthens the{101}crystal plane while suppressing the recombination of electron-hole pairs.The band gap of the catalyst is narrowed from2.92 eV to 2.71 eV,to some extent.The photoresponse range of the catalyst is broadened,thereby significantly increasing the catalytic activity.Repeatability tests show that the repeatability and stability of the bromate removal of Eu-TiO2 material is good,indicating that Eu-TiO2 is a promising photocatalyst.
