法国“黄背心”运动与当今资本主义危机

Looking at the Crisis of Capitalism from the French“Yellow Vest”Movement

肇始于2018年岁末的法国“黄背心”运动,不仅在法国国内酿成了一场严重的社会政治危机,而且还迅速蔓延至欧洲多个国家和地区。这场表面上因法国政府调高燃油税而引发的抗议运动,在深层次上,却折射出了当今整个资本主义世界所面临的诸多挑战和危机。资本主义政治制度已经与其最初宣扬的自由民主日渐遥远,经济增长停滞成为一种常态,“社会裂缝”不断扩大且无法弥合,生态环境危机日益加剧等。总体而言,当今资本主义危机已经是一场涉及政治、经济、社会、生态等多个领域的总体性和系统性危机,而面向未来能惠及所有人的社会政治经济转型已迫在眉睫。

The French“Yellow Vest”movement at the end of 2018 not only caused a serious social and political crisis in France,but also spread rapidly to many European countries and regions.This protest movement,triggered by the French government’s increase in fuel taxes,reflects,at a deeper level,many challenges and crises of the whole Capitalist world today.Capitalist political system and democracy are getting farther and farther,the economy is stagnating,the“social cracks”are expanding,and the ecological crisis is getting worse and worse.Generally speaking,today’s Capitalist crisis is an overall and systematic crisis involving political,economic,social,ecological and other fields,and the social,political and economic transition towards future that benefits everyone is imminent.
