我国可持续发展与企业社会责任研究进展

A Bibliometric Analysis of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development

基于CiteSpace软件对可持续发展与企业社会责任研究成果进行量化分析,选取1999-2018年间中国知网(CNKI)收录的高质量文献作为数据来源,系统地分析了该领域的研究热点以及研究演化趋势。分析表明,虽然对可持续发展与企业社会责任的概念界定学界已有共识和深入的基础研究,但在“怎样做”方向研究不够充分和全面。体现在:第一,整体指标体系不健全,一直存在行业单一、评价体系缺乏统一性、实证信息匮乏且不准确等问题。第二,缺少公司战略、发展方式、创新制度等企业战略层面的研究视角,企业社会责任与可持续发展战略目标缺乏有效整合。分析结果还表明,目前国内相关研究多为单人和双人合作为主,机构之间的合作较弱,在该领域开展持续而深入研究的机构较少。

Based on the quantitative analysis of the research papers of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility by CiteSpace software,this paper selects the high-quality literature collected by CNKI from 1999 to 2018 as the data source,and systematically analyzes the research hotspot and research evolution trend in this field.The results show that although there is consensus and in-depth basic research on the concept of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility,the research on"how to do"is not sufficient and comprehensive.Firstly,the index system is not perfect,the industry is not comprehensive,the evaluation system is lack of unity,the empirical information is lack and inaccurate.Secondly,there is a lack of research perspectives on corporate strategy,development mode,innovation system and other aspects of corporate strategy,and there is a lack of effective integration of corporate social responsibility and sustainable development strategic objectives.The results also show that at present,most of the relevant researches in China are single person and double person cooperation,and the cooperation between institutions is weak,and there are few institutions that carry out continuous and in-depth research in this field.
