一种复方植物精油消毒液杀菌效果的观察

Observation of germicidal effect of a compound plant essential oil disinfectant

目的观察一种植物精油消毒液的杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对某复方植物精油消毒液的杀菌效果进行观察。结果用该植物精油消毒液2倍稀释液作用1. 5 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭对数值均> 5. 0;用该消毒液原液对悬液内白色念珠菌作用1. 5 min和龟分枝杆菌脓肿亚种作用0. 5 min的杀灭对数值均> 4. 0,作用15 min对黑曲霉菌杀灭对数值为0. 17。结论该植物精油消毒液对细菌繁殖体、分枝杆菌和真菌具有良好的杀灭效果,对黑曲霉菌基本无杀灭作用。

Objective To observe the germicidal effect of a plant essential oil disinfectant. Methods Quantitative suspension germicidal test was used to evaluate the germicidal efficacy of a compound plant essential oil disinfectant. Results The double-diluted solution of the plant essential oil disinfectant was used for 1. 5 min,and the killing logarithmic values of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the suspension were all > 5. 00. The stock solution of the disinfectant was used for 1. 5 min,and the killing logarithmic value of Candida albicans in the suspension was > 4. 00;the killing logarithmic value of Mycobacterium chelonae abscessus subspecies in the suspension was > 4. 00 for 15 min;the killing logarithmic value of Aspergillus niger was 0. 17 for 15 min. Conclusion The plant essential oil disinfectant has a good bactricidal effect on bacterial propagules,mycobacteria and fungi,and has basically no killing effect on Aspergillus niger.
