摘要
依托杭州市环城北路—天目山路提升改造工程01标段弃浆处理方案选择过程,根据室内试验,获取泥浆不同密度下的配合比,分析配制泥浆所用原材料和混合泥浆的体积关系,根据得到的结论反演实际施工时挖土量与弃浆间的关系,并对泥水盾构弃浆处理常用方案进行综合比选,确定最佳处理方式,最后,量化分析了泥浆车运输单价、弃浆密度对弃浆处理综合单价的影响。结果表明,综合成本随泥浆车运输费用增加而增多,呈线性关系;随泥浆密度增大而减小,大致呈指数关系。
Based on the 01 phase of the upgrade project of Huancheng North Road to Tianmushan Road in Hangzhou,the selection process of the waste slurry treatment program is analyzed.Firstly,according to the indoor test,the mix ratios under different specific gravity of the mud is obtained,the volume relationship between the raw materials used to configure the mud and the mixed mud is analyzed,and then invert the actual amount of soil excavation and the relationship between slurry rejection and comprehensive comparison and selection of commonly used slurry slurry shield disposal schemes to determine the best treatment method.Finally,the impact of slurry truck transport unit price and slurry rejection ratio on the comprehensive slurry rejection unit price is quantified and analyzed.The results show that,the comprehensive cost increases with the increase of the transportation cost of the mud truck,and it is roughly linear;the comprehensive cost decreases with the increase of the mud content,and it is roughly an exponential relationship.
