摘要
采用沥青作为溶剂的浸渍法来测定沥青混合料最大理论相对密度准确、稳定,能准确计算体积参数及较准确地检测混合料沥青含量。研究成果应用于实际工程中,可有效指导沥青混合料配合比设计、检测混合料沥青含量和现场芯样空隙率等。该成果应用于实际工程表明,改进后的检测方法指导配合比设计能有效减少因沥青开裂导致的路面早期破坏,降低养护费用,延长公路使用寿命,对行车安全性和舒适性起到积极作用。
Asphalt as the solvent of the dip method to determine the maximum theoretical relative density of asphalt mixture is accurate,stable,can accurately calculate volume parameters and more accurate test of the content of asphalt mixture.Based on the impregnation method,the existing test methods are improved and simplified.The research results are applied to practical projects,which can effectively guide the design of asphalt mixture ratio,test the asphalt content of asphalt mixture and the voidage of insitu core sample.The results show that the improved test method can effectively reduce the early damage of pavement caused by asphalt cracking,reduce maintenance cost,extend the life of highway and play a positive role in the safety and comfort of driving.
