摘要
针对深圳国际会展中心大截面、大吨位、多节点屋盖桁架,制定合理的制作及预拼装工艺。通过桁架杆件加工精度控制技术、弧形弯管制作技术、折弯节点制作技术,确保桁架构件加工质量满足规范要求。通过桁架圆口错边纠正技术,解决弦杆错边问题。按地样制作、胎架设计、上弦杆安装、水平腹杆安装、下弦杆安装、斜腹杆安装、整体验收的加工顺序,完成99m重型桁架预拼装。
A reasonable fabrication and pre-assembly process for the large cross-section,large tonnage and multi-node roof trusses of Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center was developed.The processing quality of truss members could be ensured to meet the specification requirements through the processing precision control technology of truss members,the control technology of arc bending and the manufacture technology of bending joints.The problem of wrong side of chord was solved through the technique of correcting wrong side of circular mouth of truss.Pre-assembly of 99m heavy truss was completed according to the processing order of ground sample making,tire frame design,upper chord installation,horizontal chord installation,lower chord installation,oblique chord installation and overall acceptance.
