Research and Application of Prefabricated Modular Folding Integrated House

针对目前装配式折叠房屋密闭性和保温性相对较差,构件种类繁多导致标准化程度低、工厂预制化程度较高的模块体积较大导致运输成本上升、集成化程度低等问题展开研究,结合工程实际,采用标准模块技术、折叠技术、高度集成技术、封堵模块和转角模块技术。详细介绍装配式模块化折叠集成房屋的标准模块划分、铰链连接、封堵模块和角件模块等技术。

In view of the poor airtightness and thermal insulation of the current assembly folding house,the large volume of modules with various types of components leading to low degree of standardization and low degree of factory prefabrication leading to the increase of transportation cost and low degree of integration,the research is carried out.Combined with the engineering practice,the standard module technology,folding technology,high integration technology,plugging module and corner module technology are adopted.The standard module division,hinge connection,blocking module and corner module of modular folding integrated housing are introduced.
