摘要
黄铜与不锈钢材料在物理性能以及化学成分上有较大差异,这种异种金属的焊接存在较大难题。文中采用脉冲宽度为纳秒级的光纤激光器对黄铜与不锈钢进行搭接焊接实验。通过激光平均功率、脉冲宽度、焊接速度进行三因素三水平正交实验,得到最大的焊接接头拉力89 N。对焊缝进行切片分析,结果表明焊缝内部无气孔,上层黄铜材料进入下层不锈钢材料内部,黄铜与不锈钢材料形成了较好的混合接头,有利于提高焊缝接头强度。
Brass and stainless steel materials had greatly differences in physical properties and chemical composition,which was difficult to weld dissimilar metals.The fiber laser with pulse duration of nanosecond was used for the welding experiment of brass and stainless steel.Through three factors three levels orthogonal experiment of laser power、pulse duration、welding speed,the largest welding joint force was 89 N.The analysis of cross section showed that no pore existed in the welds,and top material of brass immersed into lower material of stainless steel,formed a good mixed joint,which was in favour for the strength of weld joint.
