摘要
种子的纯度是影响杂交棉发挥其杂种优势的重要原因。本研究基于不同棉花品系之间的遗传变异,筛选出杂交种亲本间具有多态性,且为共显性的SSR核心引物,用于杂交种种子纯度鉴定。通过统计每个检测引物扩增带型的差异或一致性,综合得出杂交种的种子纯度。利用该方法,对4个棉花杂交种种子的纯度进行SSR分子标记鉴定,为棉花杂交种纯度鉴定提供参考。
Seed purity is an important factor affecting the heterosis of hybrid cotton.In this study,SSR molecular markers were used to rapidly identify the purity of four kinds of cotton hybrids.And,the SSR core primers with polymorphism and codominance among parents were screened out.Based on the effects of genetic variation between genes on the purity detection of hybrid cotton varieties,the number of primers suitable for purity identification of hybrid cotton varieties and the optimal detection particle number were confirmed,which provided a convenient and standard method for the fast identification of hybrids and recogniation of authenticity for breeders and markets in the future.
