摘要
心房颤动是临床上最常见的心律失常之一,血栓栓塞事件是其主要的并发症。有研究表明,斑点追踪超声心动图在心源性栓塞方面有一定的预测价值,现对斑点追踪超声心动图预测非瓣膜性心房颤动患者左心耳血栓形成的价值进行综述。
Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common arrhythmias in clinic.Thromboembolic event is the main complication of atrial fibrillation.Several studies have shown that speckle tracking echocardiography(STE)has a certain predictive value in cardiogenic embolism.The purpose of this article is to review the value of STE in predicting left atrial appendage thrombosis in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation.
