摘要 骨膜蛋白属于细胞外基质蛋白,在多种组织中都有表达,通过多种细胞因子和信号通路参与机体生理和病理功能的调节。骨膜蛋白对心血管系统有多效性,不仅与心脏发育和结构异常相关,还参与心肌纤维化、心肌梗死后心肌修复和心室重塑的调控。对其作用机制的深入研究,有助于骨膜蛋白成为心血管疾病新的诊断标志物或治疗靶点。 Periostin,as an extracellular matrix protein,is expressed in a variety of tissues.It participates in the regulation of physiological and pathological functions through different cytokines and signal pathways.Periostin has been certified with multiple effects on the cardiovascular system.It is not only related to cardiac development and structural abnormalities,but also involved in the regulation of myocardial fibrosis,myocardial repair and ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction.Periostin will be the new potential diagnostic markers or therapeutic targets of cardiovascular diseases with deeply understanding its mechanisms.
