摘要
冠心病在系统性红斑狼疮中发病率逐渐升高,是造成狼疮患者死亡的主要原因。导致狼疮患者并发冠心病的危险因素很多,包括传统心血管疾病危险因素以及与系统性红斑狼疮疾病相关的危险因素等。现总结系统性红斑狼疮合并冠心病的心血管危险因素。
The incidence of coronary heart disease in systemic lupus erythematous(SLE)is gradually increasing,which is the main cause of death in patients with SLE.There are many risk factors for patients with SLE complicated with coronary heart disease,including traditional cardiovascular risk factors and SLE related risk factors.This paper will summarize the cardiovascular risk factors of SLE with coronary heart disease.
