摘要
心脏自主神经系统主要由交感神经和迷走神经系统构成,其在心血管疾病的发生和发展中起到重要作用。大量动物实验和临床研究证实交感神经张力增高与多种疾病相关。近年来,迷走神经干预在心力衰竭、心律失常、血管迷走性晕厥和心血管炎症反应等心血管疾病中的治疗作用已得到证实。现就迷走神经干预在心血管疾病中的治疗作用做一综述。
Autonomic nervous system is composed of sympathetic nerve and vagus nerve,it plays a critical role in the pathogenesis and development of cardiovascular diseases.It has been proved that the hyperactivity of sympathetic nerve contributes to the pathogenesis of the diseases in a great amount of trials in vitro and clinical practices.In recent years,it has also been confirmed that the role of vagal intervention in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure,arrhythmia,vasovagal syncope and cardiovascular inflammation.Here is to make a review of the therapeutic effect of vagus nerve intervention in cardiovascular diseases.
