R&D and application of new material environmental protection park pleasure boat

公园游乐船作为水上娱乐设备之一,已广泛应用于各大公园。据不完全统计,全国各景区、公园使用的各类游乐船数量已超过50万艘,其中绝大多数是采用玻璃钢加工而成。玻璃钢公园游乐船主要存在抗冲击性能差,容易破损,使用寿命短,制造过程中污染环境,产品报废后无法回收利用等问题。针对以上问题,研发了一种新材料环保公园游乐船,采用滚塑成型先进制造工艺一次成型,已开始逐步替代玻璃钢游乐船.

As one of the water entertainment equipment,park pleasure boats have been widely used in major parks.According to incomplete statistics,the number of all kinds of pleasure boats used in scenic spots and parks across the country has exceeded 500000,most of which are made of FRP.FRP park pleasure boat mainly has the problems of poor impact resistance,easy damage,short service life,environmental pollution in the manufacturing process,and the product can not be recycled after being scrapped.In view of the above problems,a new material,environmental protection park pleasure boat,has been developed,which has gradually replaced FRP pleasure boat by adopting the advanced manufacturing process of rotational molding.
